2014 Engineers Without Borders - Run To End Poverty

I ran for the second year in the Calgary Marathon Run to End Poverty on June 1, 2014. The 2013 Run to End of Poverty was my first introduction to Engineers Without Borders (EWB). The more I learned about EWB, I knew it was an organization that I wanted to support. It was an opportunity to align my beliefs with my actions. As well, this year with the amazing opportunity to be chosen as one of secondees for the TransCanada Corporate Fellowship with EWB, I will be on my way to work with an EWB venture in Ghana, Africa in August 2014 for 5 months.
